Month: September 2016

I’m sorry it’s been a while since my last post. There’s been so much happening on the home front, so I’ve literally been on the same post draft for a week now. But I’m back, and hopefully, things will calm down a little here.

We were in DC last weekend for a mini reunion with our close friends, and after they left, we went to Georgetown where this shoot took place. We really enjoyed walking around, and we made a visit to Georgetown Cupcake, which was very exciting because I used to watch DC Cupcakes religiously. There were so many stores to check out, and I wish we had more time, but I couldn’t wait to go home to our sick pup.

Since jumpsuits are one of my “things”, my last shoot for the summer naturally had to include this style. This Lauren Ralph Lauren jumpsuit is one of my favorite pieces to date because not only is it so comfortable, the color is very vibrant and I love that I’m able to blouse up the top – a look of which I’m a huge fan. This particular style is no longer available, but I found one at Lord and Taylor that’s almost identical, still available in a few sizes AND on sale! With cooler weather coming up, I’m bummed that I most likely won’t be able to wear my rompers anymore (don’t be surprised to see me throwing one on though because I’m not sure I can wait till the Spring), but I’m already thinking of all the ways I can incorporate my summer jumpsuits into my Fall wardrobe. I honestly can’t wait to do a fall shoot with this same exact piece, just styled differently, so stay tuned! In the meantime, here are pictures Pritom took of me from last weekend!dsc_1096dsc_1158 dsc_1154dsc_1109 dsc_1127dsc_1118 dsc_1133dsc_1135dsc_1130dsc_1129dsc_1146

It’s probably pretty obvious to you by now how crazy I am about off-the-shoulder anything. If you didn’t know this yet, I’m also obsessed with jumpsuits and rompers. I always joke to Pritom that I feel my best in “baby clothes”.  I bought this off-the-shoulder romper for our trip to Florida months ago, and I’m […]

Remember how I said I recently started having an obsession with Groupon? Well, I somehow influenced Pritom, too, and now he’s a much savvier Groupon shopper than I am! Knowing my weakness for chocolates, he purchased this Groupon for Chocolate Tasting for Two at Devour Desserts. Before I move onto the delicious details, let me […]
